This page explains how your order travels from print to doorstep. Because our prints are made individually rather than kept in stock, the journey has two stages: production and delivery.
Production
Every print is produced to order by our European print partner once your order is confirmed. Production usually takes a few working days while your piece is printed, checked and prepared for transit. You will receive an email when your order enters production and again once it is on its way.
Delivery across the EU
Once produced, orders are dispatched to addresses across the European Union. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after production is complete. The exact time depends on your country and the local carrier handling the final leg.
Tracking
Where the carrier provides it, we include tracking details in your dispatch email so you can follow your parcel to its destination. If your estimated window passes without arrival, contact us and we will look into it.
Addresses and delays
Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout, as an incomplete address is the most common cause of delay. Once a parcel is with the carrier, its progress is in their hands, and occasional delays around peak periods or public holidays are outside our control.
Packaging
Prints are packed to protect corners and surfaces in transit, using materials suited to flat printed art. If a parcel reaches you looking damaged, keep the packaging and see our Returns page for the next steps.
